also that night....took some portraits of my 2 daughters julia and jana....their kuya (big brother) does not want to join the pictorials anymore...oh well i guess that is part of kids becoming to be teen ager already...hope he wont give us a head ache when he becomes one....

november 22, 2009....its joaquins 12th birthday and i think his last as a kid.....next year he will be offically be a teen ager.....he had a on line gaming party with his cousins...we booked the internet cafe at new york street at 9am to 2pm so that his cousins can have a half day of non stop online gaming...they finished almost 2pm and had a late lunch.....we prepared a simple party of spaghetti, sinigang na baboy, puto at dinuguan, fresh lumpia, prawns and oyster and thai papaya salad..all prepared by me and wit. a simple get together of family relatives and it was really grand and nice...

it was early saturday november 21, 2009...the day julia is going to have her field demo....well it was still sun rise and used the sun as backlight to get some rim lighting effect and off strobe flash...

its fair week at dela salle zobel and the division 1 kids held their field demo on the newly constructed sports center and it was nice. julia's grade 2 batch presented their dance demo here are some takes......

julia's first holy communion ceremony

december 8, 2009, its the feast of the immaculate conception and its also the day julia had her first holy communion at the our lady of the star chapel at lasalle zobel school. she was dressed in the traditional all white dress with veil. she looks very angelic in her formal dress and she is also very excited in recieving the bread of life. she has been waiting for it for many years now. i remember every time we hear mass on sundays and days of obligation she would kulit us on asking if she could have it. the ceremony was solemn and very organized. bro. dennis had a nice story about the rabbit's face on the moon....well i was not listening very much but good thing wit was...so she can re tell the story if julia asked in the future. after the ceremony we headed to julia's official restaurant at atc, TGIF, we celebrated it with lots of food.....whew can feel the pounds gaining again hehehe....

had beer, sisig, chorizo, inihaw na pusit and liempo, buttered mushroom, bicol express, and thanks to robert magat from new york for the bbq it was delivered pa.

jana's 3rd birthday party in pampanga

november 8, 2009....its jana's 3rd birthday party and we celebrated it at del carmen, pampanga. well we got there the day before her party so that we can prepare the party and food. the travel going there was ok...there were some construction on the sf-gapan hway since it was damaged by a typhoon and they are now extending it. traffic was minimal and smooth but wit with her 3rd month pregnancy is getting really dizzy and feeling nauseau. well got there safely. woke up early since we are going to cook food for about 50 people. we did the cooking on time and had spaghetti, wit's famous kare-kare, spring rolls, pork asado, and hotdog/marsmallows on a stick and dirty ice cream...buko sherbet flavor which i did get to taste it since it was finished quickly. got 2 clowns as host and doing magic tricks to entertain the kids which they did impressively.
