julia's 9th bday @ rockwell

jan. 21, 2011...happy birthday to my princess Juliana Marion. We asked her what she wants to do on her birthday and her request was to go jumping on a giant trampolin at rockwell center. went to rockwell and to our surprise the trampolin/rock climbing was not there anymore. also, her favorite shakey's pizza parlor was not available at rockwell.

So, she settled to eat at kentucky fried chicken, also her choice...we were hoping she would pick a chinese restaurant but not....then after meal went to power station to play video games there with her siblings - kuya joaquin and jana...

but besides playing games, mommy went shopping at zara for her gifts...enjoying the day then suddenly javier became sick and was uneasy and crying already later part of the day...so we went home...bought thai food at som's for dinner and all is well .....my princess was happy maybe next year..we will have a better celebration.....again happy bday julia.....

january 15, 2011....our batch 86 was the sponsor for this years alumni homecoming....part of the program of the homecoming is the mini carshow led by ching savet of carstylisticshop and he showcased some of his works of art...consisting mainly of old school japanese cars which was restored to its original look

but my most favorite of the exhibit is the 1965 mercedes benz which came in late for the exhibit

2010 G League Swim finals @ Trace Aquasports Center in Los Banos, Laguna

last november, the finals of the G league swimming competitions was held at Trace Aquasports Center, Los Banos Laguna. All the qualifying swimmers from the whole nation competed in different events. My son, Joaquin qualified in the two events, backstroke and breast stroke 100m . Well its his first time and too bad he did not win any medals. Maybe next year we will come back and compete again and hope to win next year.

Had fun watching the DLSZ tankers compete, the place Trace was such a nice place. I was with the whole family except for Javier, we did not take him since he is still very young and weather was raining quite a bit. Here are some of my takes of the event.....
