here are some updated pics of the vanette....almost in the finishing stage already...picked the color metallic pearl blue....now will be putting together the interior hope that we can put it back in its original form...well next is the magwheels.....will be replacing the original 14 wheels into 15x7 rims and putting on the dunlop 195x55x15 tires that my brother raymond gave to me....saved some money there...hehehhe

updated pics of the vanette, bodyworks have been finished and preparing of painting already...have to choose what color now...blue, orange or yellow....still undecided until now

3rd stage: may 21, 2010, have started the 3rd stage of the restoration....getting it body repaired and painted....brought it at the carpaint shop and the latero started dismantling all the interiors to check of all the rust....its gonna be a general body works so all rusted parts would be repaired. its gonna take about 2 weeks of body repair and then painting follows...have not decided what color to pick but maybe go for metallic orange or pearl blue...

2nd stage:

i have replaced the clutch, starter and alternator with brand new parts. these parts have been submerged under water and have been heavily damaged but its good that water did not damage the engine and transmission. good thing about this is the condition of the engine is again like brand new. also, bought a new 2sm battery so everything would be running perfectly.
